Too many people get into a routine of waking up, going to work, coming home, watching television, and going to bed. Rinse and Repeat. We complain the train is late, or that the lady at Starbucks needs to learn how to make a faster Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte, when she probably takes just as long to make it as it takes you to say the name. We need to encourage patience and respect. We need to go back to the fundamentals of self-reflection and answer the question “Who do I want to be?” Do you want to be negative and critical? I am hoping the answer is: no. Positivity is contagious and we need to see more of it. It’s about putting in the effort, not because you HAVE to, but because you WANT to.
