As I said previously, I am really getting into kettlebell work. It is a great total body workout and I feel like I am getting stronger. Right now I am doing the Turkish Getup with a 12kg. I am working towards being at a 16kg by the end of the month. When I can master the 16kg, I will move to the 20kg, then the 24 kg; in hopes to catch up to Neghar Fooni at 28kg!
Check out this workout Ryan Kelaghan, FitCorp Personal Trainer, and I did this morning. Ryan is doing the Turkish Getup with a 16kg. His goal is to do the Turkish Getup with a 32kg. We are working together to achieve this goal!
