Warm Up

Foam Roll

Spiderman T-Spine Rotations             x4

Superset 1:

KB Squats                                          x12

KB Halos                                            x12                  ] x3

KB Single Arm Swings                    x8each

Superset 2:

KB Single Leg RDL                           x10

Pull-Ups                                             x6                    ] x3

SB Decline Pushup                           x10

 Superset 3:

Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat     x10 each

DB Row                                              x10                  ] x3

Standing Plank Push outs               x10

(3 second hold)

Turkish Get Ups (16kg)                   x2each side

Remember… work hard, play harder, train WICKED hard!!!

About Me: My name is Ana Tocco. I am a recent graduate of the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. I graduated with a B.S. in Kinesiology and walked on to the Womens' Rowing team where I dedicated three years to my athletic career. We were a successful crew winning A-10 Championship, Dad Vail Regatta, and US Rowing Collegiate Championship races. I am RKC(Russian Kettlebell Challenge) Certified, a Functional Movement Specialist (FMS), and have my NSCAA Level IV Soccer Coaching Diploma and am a goalkeeper coach for Arlington High, Arlington, MA.
